Pricing - All prices are per pitch and include 2 people, a car and a tent/motorhome/caravan of the relevant size.
Pitch Sizes & Tent Classifications - We have different shapes and sizes of pitches and therefore we charge based on the size of tent. We classify tents as follows: 2/3 berth tent upto 10 square metres, 4/6 berth tent between 11 and 26 square metres, 8/10 berth tent over 26 square metres.
Groups - Sorry, but in order to keep the park as peaceful as possible for everyone's enjoyment we do not accept groups of more than 4 adults or more than 2 families together. We also don't accept single sex groups of 4 adults or more unless by prior arrangement.
Minimum stay on Bank Holidays - During the Whitsun week if you wish to arrive on Friday June 1st the minimum stay is 3 nights and arriving on the Saturday June 2nd it is 5 nights. There is no minimum stay from Monday June 4th onwards. Over the remaining Bank Holidays we then divide the pitches up in to 1, 2 and 3 night stays. Please call or email for availability.
How to make a booking - You are welcome to call (01297 442801 from 8.30am to 8.00pm) or email (see our Contact page). Please have the following information to hand;
- the dates and number of nights you would like to stay,
- the dimensions or make and model of your tent/motorhome/caravan,
- the number of people in your party (including ages of any children),
- whether or not you need electric hookup,
- whether you will have a gazebo, an awning an extra car or are bringing pets,
- the breed of your dog,
- your address, telephone number and vehicle registration number,
- how you heard about us.
Payment - Sorry, we don't accept credit/debit cards so we ask for payment to be sent by post. There are two ways you can payin advance; either by cheque (payable to "Hook Farm" and address the envelope to: Reservations, Hook Farm, Gore Lane, Uplyme, Lyme Regis, Dorset DT7 3UU) or by internet bank transfer - if you wouldlike to pay this way please call us and we will give you our bank details.
